Service I would rate this purchase as average. Even though I had my own financing, there was a lot of paperwork that was stated was required. THIS WAS THE F I would rate this purchase as average. Even though I had my own financing, there was a lot of paperwork that was stated was required. THIS WAS THE FIRST CAR THAT I PURCHASED AND THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHILE DRIVING HOME. When I got home and read the manual it reflected that the car should have been serviced every 10,000 miles. When i rechecked the carfax it reflected that the last service was at around 12,000 miles. Needless to say after purchasing a car i had to spend another $110.00 on a service for the first time in me car buying life experience. When my wife call to let the folks at the dealer know they wanted us to drive back 2 1/2 hours back up there to look at the car which was not do-able because of our work schedule. When she told the guy this all he kept saying was to bring the car back. So no matter how the purchase went, it was clouded by having to service a car that was just purchased. And we were not offered any reimbursement for the service. More

Worst Liars Ever!!!!!!! On May 26th, 2016, my husband and I stopped by to look at a car. The sales person was very nice, but everything else went wrong. First off, the car wa On May 26th, 2016, my husband and I stopped by to look at a car. The sales person was very nice, but everything else went wrong. First off, the car was posted on their site for $15,999.00 and when we came in to look at the car, it was priced at around $17,499.00. The sales person offered the car to us at the 15,999. Good deal right? While waiting to see the financial guy, I went to inspect the car again, due to hearing loud tires when taking it for a test drive. I find that one of the tires in the back was completely flat. I tell the sales rep that the tire is flat, and to have someone look at it. I was told there was a nail in the tire and it would be replaced with a new tire, but he had to make sure that they had one on site. So I tell the sales rep that I was not ready to sign papers until the car was ready. Then we go back to financing to talk about rates and what not. I was rushed through everything, I've never signed so much papers in that amount of time in my life!!!! I asked the financing guy if the car was ready to drive off the lot, because if it wasn't, I wanted to come back when the car was ready. I was not ready to make any deals until the car was all set to go. He assured me that the car was all good to go and there were no issues. So I signed. In the middle of all this, the sales rep comes into the room, and the financial guy kicks him out so quickly, doesn't leave any time for the sales rep to say anything. Once all the paperwork was done, we walk out to find out that the car was not ready. They had to order another tire, and I would be able to pick up the car the next morning. The next morning I hear nothing, so I call the dealership, and was told the still wasn't ready. I go over all my paperwork again, and see that they sold the car to me at the higher price at $17,459.00. I got in my car and drove straight to the dealership. I asked to talk to a manager where Jay approached me stating he was a manager, and he decided to help me out. Only to be told continuous lies about when the car would be ready, if the car was ready, and I had to get in line to see the financial guy to fix my rates. Even though they should have pushed me to the front for making the mistake. Whatever, I still don't have my car at this point. They have told me that the car would be dropped off to me at my house so I wouldn't have to go back and pick it up. As I was leaving, another customer approached me and said they had similar issues too. That he was also here the day before and they had lied to him about certain things, and he decided not to drive off the lot, but he gave them a second chance and came back. This place was unprofessional. Everyone should have worked as a team and not as an individual. The financing guy was so rude and dismissive to the rest of his team members, telling me he over rules them. He was the one who screwed me over, and made continues promises we both knew he couldn't keep. He was lucky the sales rep were nice and apologetic, cause I would have taken my money back and bought a car elsewhere. I will never buy a car through Atlanta Luxury Motors ever again, and I will make sure that my friends, families, and any one I meet know my experience, and to never buy a car from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to make it clear, that the sales rep had wonderful customer service, and tried the best they could. But what really got me was when the financial guy spoke down upon his fellow colleagues. How very unprofessional!!!!!! More
