Horrible service and unprofessional staff The staff never returned the phone calls, when visited in person I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Corporate will not return phone calls either. Took almost 2 months to find out my tag was waiting at the tag's office, and neither the sales person, nor the financial specialist had the courtesy to call me and let me know to pick up my tag. In the meantime, I continue to call leaving messages with not return phone calls. Finally, I had to call the Marietta office to have answers, because the Union City numbers were not working anymore! That's when I learned my tag was at the Tag's office. What a shame, I should have gone to Marietta in the first place, even if it had taken me over an hour to drive there. More

As you enter the lot, you will be amazed at the selection of vehicles to choose from, and as you walk through the front door, you will be welcomed with much attention. The staff makes you feel special. Of course, I have bought many, many vehicles in my time and I have experienced ALL types of sales staff / tactics. I was very skeptical at first, but the experience went very well, and I purchased the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I even met a famous rapper while buying my vehicle, even though I did not know this person at first. I could not love my choice of vehicle more, and ALM South made the purchasing experience easy and awesome. More
