Above and beyond all around! My wife and i went to ALM south for a service related visit on the suv we bought at ALM buford a week earlier. My wife found another suv on their lot while i was dealing with the service dept. Turns out we were at the wrong ALM location. After our service was resolved, we returned to ALM South to check out our optionscwith the newer suv. Everyone involved made the extra effort to make our purchase come together, no less than amazing to us. we ffigured for sure there was no way we could have treded in our week old purchase for a newer one. were are very pleased!!! More

He stayed at the dealership far after his sceduled was over and even drove to my parents house who were also my cosigner to have them sign the necessary paper work due to the fact that they were under the weather and were not able to leave the house at that time. He always kept an open door policy and I was always able to contact him with any concerns or questions. Winston makes this process so much easier and enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the process of looking for a car and wanted someone to work with, who is not only dedicated but dependable and willing to do what ever is necessary to make sure that the entire process is enjoyable and not stressful for the buyer. My initial contact with Winston Watson was by internet interest, I made an appointment and drove 90 miles to meet with him. Pleasantly, I was greeted at the door. Winston is excellent in sales, communication, he is patient, he has product knowledge and excellent customer service. Even with my A type personality we instantly hit it off. His no hassle approach won me over. I give him 10/10 as "THE" sales guy. He guided me through the process of buying my vehicle with patience and unending support. He spent hours with me on the day I bought my car on all aspects of the process. He spent extra time patiently helping me link up my Iphone to the Mercedes' systems. He gave me a guided systems tour of my vehicle and he afforded me with 3-months of satellite radio! All the people I met at ALM South were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Honorable mentions: Finance Manager, Rashad Middlebrooks and General Manager, Shannon Green. I recommend ALM South if you are deciding to buy a luxury car in Atlanta, Georgia. More
