Not only were they showing luxury vehicles, but giving "luxury" customer service. Tyrone was my sales rep. He was very accommodating and communicative. I was also very appreciative of the excellent orientation to my vehicle that was conducted by Jawon before driving the car off of the lot. Great experience with friendly people! Everyone I dealt with was great! Nikki made sure I was got exactly what I wanted and more, she truly made the the process quick and fun. Macadoo in the finance department is a funny guy. Even though there was a small mountain of paperwork to sign, he made jokes the whole time with me and his co-worker which kept the mood positive. When I said I was getting hungry, he was ready with a snack for me. He made sure I was able to get into what I wanted at a price much lower than I was expecting! Jawon helped me move things from my old car, to my new one and he made sure I knew how to operate every part of the car before I drove off. He's very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. The staff that I dealt with kept a smile on my face throughout the entire process and I truly appreciate everything. I love my cat! And the warranty the offer for a used vehicle is superior to anything I've ever seen from a dealership before. Thanks everyone! I'll be sending my friends and family to you! More

My salesperson, Mark Mann, replied by email within an hour of me filling out the information request, and his outstanding service continued for the next several days. He went above and beyond to make absolutely sure every nook and cranny of my car was exactly as described, and he proactively called, texted, and emailed me to keep me in the loop. When I drove from Nashville to get my car, Mark, Skip, and Jawan took exceptionally good care of me, and I drove away feeling great about my purchase and the entire process.
