Amazing trade in ALMsouth is amazing. My Sales Rep. Mike Ugo worked hard to get me the deal that was best for me along with his manager Micheal. I absolutely love my ALMsouth is amazing. BE CAREFUL. Buyer beware! I originally gave a great rating, but I am revising my experience. Yes, everyone was great, friendly, and helpful when we purchased are Buyer beware! I originally gave a great rating, but I am revising my experience. Yes, everyone was great, friendly, and helpful when we purchased are car, but after the purchase we have gotten the total run around. Called several times sometimes call were answered, sometimes not. I was told several times someone would call me back, and never received a call back. Our salesman was great when we bought the car, but stated he would have a car washed at a later date, would followup about the extra key, Never kept his word about anything. I did recommend him to a friend, but have since withdrawn my recommendation. I am a firm believer that your word is your bond,. You don't lie and scheme just to make a sale, and once you close the deal leave your customer high and dry. I would never ever want to business with him again. Now, today I called and spoke with a very nice lady name Janice inf finance who went the extra mile to help me more the guy who sold me the car, and the manager who was suppose to call back after my passenger side mirror came off after only a week of having the car. I had to have the mirror replaced. When I took the car to the shop the body shop showed me what happened, and how the dealership had put compound all in several spots, and tried to cover up scratches, dents etc. Had a few other issues that were never resolved. If at all possible please try other dealerships before settling at ALM South. The presentations is great if you are purchasing a car, but once you buy it is a entirely different attitude. As stated before Janice in Finance was extremely helpful, and got the information I needed to day. She needs to train the staff how to take care of customers after the sale. More

Great Service all the way around! I typically don't give any business a 5 Star however I had to bend that rule for ALM South. I purchased my Audi last week from ALM South and everyone I came in contact with was helpful and made my process so stressfree. Honestly, I dislike dealers because I feel as though they don't care about the customer only worry about pushing cars out. ALM is far from that I truly feel like they are family at this point. They have gone beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Even after purchasing my car I have built a man amazing relationship with my sales person Nikki I highly reccomend her! She organaized all my paperwork while I was out of state on a business trip. When I flew in the following week she was willing to pick me up from the airport to take me to the dealership to get my car. Don't know if any other sales person that would do that! The lot is super clean and very organized. I will continue to shop for all my vechiles here and honestly I will refer all my family and friends to ALM South. Jawon was excellent as he helped me get comfortable with learning all the buttons and functions with the car. Micheal was very Knowledable with finances and had everything taken care of with collecting a large amount of cash and credit card for the purchase of my car. I thank everyone I came in contact with at this dealership. I would advise to only go to ALM South because I had a horrible experience at ALM Kennesaw it was a totally different vibe there. I feel very confident in my decision with ALM South. Thanks team again for everything!! More

Dishonest Dealership: Worst car buying experience ever. Sam, the salesman was very nice until the deal was closed. It started with him writing up my daughter's sale deal for $500 over the list price. Thank Sam, the salesman was very nice until the deal was closed. It started with him writing up my daughter's sale deal for $500 over the list price. Thank God I was there to over see the deal. Next he delivered the car with a tire with a buldging sidewall that they clearly was aware of because the bulge was marked with a yellow marker, and was discovered because the low tire pressure light was on so she had to add air. This was a safety issue. Any reputable dealership would not let a car leave the lot in that condition. My daughter life was at risk driving the vehicle in this condition. The Finance department practices are also questionable. They offered to cut a check for the first payment. It took no less than 10 trips to the dealership over 45 days period before I got my check. I specifically told them that I was picking up the check after they told me that it was locked up in someone's' safe. I went back to pick up the check, and they told me it was mailed. I waited over a week but never received it. They said that maybe the mail was stolen. I've never had any mail stolen. They said that they couldn't cut me another check because the other check was mailed. Now any 1st Grader would know that all you'd have to do is put a stop payment on the check, and reissue another one. I had to suggest that to them. I had to wait over 3 hours while they played their silly games before they took my suggestion and gave me my check. It's been over 2 months and the check still is not here as yet.. To get the tire repaired took over a week. Every other dealship experience that I've had, the salesperson takes the lead on any issues pertaining to the dealership. Sam was none existent with my issues with the Finace sand Service department. He said that it was not ALM's model. For 45 days I had to fight my own battles with both departments. That was a 45 days car buying experience. You will find that no one takes leadership or ownership for anything. They point fingers and pass the ball., and they are full off empty promises. The Manger Shannon who promised that would take care of things , and would have my check ready, was useless. He simply turned to Janice the Fianace representative, who was the the cause of fiasco in the first place. Every negative perception that you can concieve, they've hit the mark. They are an embarrassment, and hope that we don't all get judged by the unprofessional, and dishonest business practices of ALM, Union City. More
