I brought car in for a new key. I had an appointment after key came in. I waited two hours for the key. When I was asked to pay and handed the fob they realized there was no key. I I had an appointment after key came in. I waited two hours for the key. When I was asked to pay and handed the fob they realized there was no key. I had to wait another 20 minutes. The service representative was polite but way to long to wait for a key! More

First of all, Omar Jallow, our salesman was great. Very accommodating and went above what was required to make the sale. The finance guy (didn’t get his name) was VERY rude, slipping fees in hoping we Very accommodating and went above what was required to make the sale. The finance guy (didn’t get his name) was VERY rude, slipping fees in hoping we didn’t notice, then getting angry when we disagreed. He got up and walked off, telling us we could go elsewhere. He then initiated a verbal confrontation with our salesman while he was working with us. His conduct was extremely unprofessional. They did have a lot of cars and plenty of salespeople, but next time we’ll go elsewhere. More
