This is my 2nd purchase in 8 months and he continues to surpass expectations in his patience and knowledge. Your staff should concentrate on providing customer service at your dealership as this is my 2nd bad experience. Also for this to be a luxury dealership we were not provided with refreshments i.e. coffee ?? popcorn 🍿 etc. Why are we purchasing $20,000+ luxury automobiles, only to be pointed to the vending machine? Very disappointing. We felt as if we were in a regular dealership instead of Atlanta luxury motors. I will think 💭 twice about purchasing here again. Step up your game,ALM. Your clientele deserves it!! More

Have returned a couple of times for assistance and been met with very helpful, pleasant employees who were very willing to help me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Buyer BEWARE!! I thought I would do the internet approach to car buying after having friends recommended this no-hassle approach. I had been to the lot before and sa I thought I would do the internet approach to car buying after having friends recommended this no-hassle approach. I had been to the lot before and saw the car I was interested in. After inquiring about the car I was told it was available so I proceeded to fill out an financing application. I was immediately contacted and told I was approved and when did we want to come in to inspect the vehicle. Set up an appointment for the next day at 12pm and I was told they would pull the car up to the front so it was ready. Husband shows up and the car is no where to be found. They finally locate the car and it is "in the body shop" and the only person with the key is not at work. Husband returns on Wednesday when the employee would be at work and the car was having "touch up paint" work done and they had already prepped it and could not remove from the shop. Was told it would be available on Monday of the next week. Friday I contacted dealership to inquire on status of car and was told it was ready. So I set another appointment for Saturday. Showed up for the 3rd time and the car was still "locked" in the shop that no one could access. This scam dealer has also ran my credit so far through 5 different finance companies even though I was told on day one I was approved! Be prepared to be jerked around at this dealer!! I did, however, get my new car at a REPUTABLE dealer!! More
Bad experience!!!! That also told me that they did not put slot of hard inquiries on your credit, well mine has 5 now, I told them the company I wanted to go through and they did not listen. They did get my payment where I wanted it. So I have to give them that. But I had to drive back there 3 times and they still did not do everything that was asked of them. My husband called this week because after driving the car for two weeks the rear. I bet is coming off of the car, Nikki said she would call him back but never did!!! Will never buy a car from them again!!! More
