honestly it was terrible first I purchase a car from alm, it was a 2011 Audi a5 took them almost 4 hrs to get the sale done. by that time darkness had set in so I couldn't loo first I purchase a car from alm, it was a 2011 Audi a5 took them almost 4 hrs to get the sale done. by that time darkness had set in so I couldn't look over it. second the car was in Marietta I was in Jonesboro. the next morning after I bought the car went outside to see the drivers side finder had so paint damage, they told me to bring It back they would take car of it, I take it back they give me the runaround it never gets done. Third I finally trade the car at time of purchase I bought a 2900 CASH warranty that covers 30000 miles. I contact all to refund what's left of my warranty and boy did I get screwed around. I was told to bring the trade in milage sheet so they could compute the difference I did take it to them then I was told to go on line and fill out the forms and fax them in to them I did never got a response. so I talk with a lady and she sent me an email link to the paperwork that was needed to be filled out and told me I had 90 days. be mindful I work on a daily basis so trying to do whatever needed to to time consuming but all in all I didn't get my money back from the warranty and the customer service was POOR. NEVER AGAIN WILL ME OR ANY OF MY family will deal with this company again be fore warned Bad bad bad More
