Great experience, long wait for financial I had a great experience! I saw the car I wanted online and it had a Carfax report that was easily accessible. Tyrone was able to give my car I wanted to trade in an appraisal over the phone and things went smoothly from there. I went to the dealership the following Saturday to meet with Tyrone who I communicated with all week, and since I arrived way late than intended, I worked with Irian. It was a long drive, so I was hoping to leave with the car, and I'm glad I did, but I almost walked because it took a long time to process everything and then the wait for financial seemed a long time. We had wanted to get out a lot sooner than we did since we had a long drive back home. We also did not like that there was no room for negotiating the price at all. We were hoping to go down by $1000, but no. So if you're hoping to negotiate, don't get your hopes up. But by far, the customer experience was great. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and always checking in on customers. More

First girl I was working with had only been in sales for a few weeks and they had a more experienced salesperson help her Sales people were helpful. First girl I was working with had only been in sales for a few weeks and they had a more experienced salesperson help her with my purchase. Very honest about the vehicle and answered all questions I had. One little thing I wish I had been more involved in was the term on the financing. Once I agreed to a purchase price the deal was sent to the business office to be written up. The financing they approved me for was for 63 months. I only wanted 48 month term and would have had to re-apply to get that done. Not a big deal as I can just pay extra each month and the interest rate on the shorter term was not that much lower. Once the business deal was done I was turned over to Jawon. He was great! Very helpful, and not in a "this is my job so I have to kiss your butt" sort of way, he seemed genuine and was very knowledgable about all of the features on my car. More
