Exceeded my expectations I don't like shopping at dealerships, based on 60 years of car buying experience . Everyone I met was friendly, outgoing, and looking for ways to make my experience better, including random folks who weren't directly involved in the purchase, as far as I knew. You know how helpful and nice everyone is at Chick-fil-A? ALM is sort of like that. I got a good deal without having to arm-wrestle them for three hours. And the car itself was far newer looking and driving (and smelling) than I could have expected. Prep was, for lack of a better word, impeccable, from fluid levels to cleanliness. More

HORRIBLE!! Beware!!! They are scammers! Bought a 2015 GMC Acadia on January 27th 2018. Was at the dealership for at least 5 hrs. Our salesman was shan lambert. She was nice helpful.., at Bought a 2015 GMC Acadia on January 27th 2018. Was at the dealership for at least 5 hrs. Our salesman was shan lambert. She was nice helpful.., at first. we were promised an full detail, oil change, and the back wiper replaced, and a certain price. All this was negotiated in the deal with one of the floor mangers named Stacy Brown. ( he has avoided our calls too) before we signed the papers. After we waited for a LONG time, we got back to finance only to be told that they could not even get close to the price that we agreed on. They were $75 more a month away from what we had agreed on. They told us it wasn't even possible! After telling them we were leaving they juggled numbers around to get close to what we agreed on. That following Monday I took it for a "full detail" after waiting for 2 1/2 hours my car was returned the same way, except with wax and tape all over it!!! A 3 year old could of done a better job . They were suppose get the stinch out of the car but they didn't! they put some kind of "bomb" in there to get the smell out but it only made the carpets greasy. After weeks and weeks of being promised to redo the full detail and order the part for the wiper.....here we are and we still have nothing!! I have called and called no one will call me back. I've even called our salesman but she is avoiding our calls! They scammed us because they didn't put the things they owed us on the "we owe you owe" paper that you are suppose to sign in financing So there's no proof! And now we feel like the transmission is slipping! 😩 We actually sent our friends to buy the car we traded and they had a NIGHTMARE too!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE do not go to this dealership and DO NOT use Shan lambert ! **update Sept 2018 Our friends that bought our Kia from the dealership in January that we traded still have not received their 2nd key !!!! It is September ! This is beyond ridiculous ! I cannot believe they are still in business !! More

RUN AWAY!! I wish I could give them negative stars!!! I purchased a car from this dealership. I told them what my bank was offering in interest rates. " NO PR I wish I could give them negative stars!!! I purchased a car from this dealership. I told them what my bank was offering in interest rates. " NO PROBLEM THEY SAID" we will match that! Sitting around all day and get with financing and they tell me a completely different number and that’s all they can give me. I figured what the xxxx I’ll just refinance at a later time. THEN they told me the car has 2 keys with it but I will only be able to receive one at the time and another one will be mailed to me. Well that was 6 months ago!!!!! I've called spoke to mangers of course we will send it to you! If you can get a manger on the phone. I would talk to someone and be placed on hold for 15min to be hung up on after that. Nope nothing! No one has a clue what’s going on. I was going to buy another vehicle from them. Forget that!! When you leave the dealership they are done with you and don't care. STAY AWAY!!! More

I truly appreciated his honesty and putting the customer first before profit. He never left me hanging even when we ran into a stumbling block during the process. I would recommend everyone who might be looking for a car, to visit ALM South and ask for Mr. Stacy Brown. He will make it happen for you...trust me!! He's an awesome guy and his customer service skills was second to none!! :-) ***** Lateefa was a pure joy to work with, she was so patient as I test drove almost all of the cars on the lot...LOL. She stayed with me until the entire process was completed...she came in on her off day, to make it happen...this is customer service on steroids!! A precious jewel :-) ***** Amir was really nice and went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out for me...even when i was emotional about the entire process. Good looking out! ***** Janice was the icing on top of the cake....she turned my obstacle around and made me feel like I mattered and that I was the most important person in that dealership...she listened to my need and what was best for me and made it happen!! She never once tried to sell me products / services that I clearly stated that I would forgo, however, educated me on the importance of the product / service but never bullied me into purchasing or signing for something I did not want. Awesome Lady!! :-) ***** The names mentioned above is the dream team....so if you are ever in the market for a used car, and happen to stop by ALM South...be sure to have the line up that I mentioned cause they are the secret to the success of your car shopping / buying experience!! Oh yeah and of course the car that you end-up falling in love with too!! LOL The only down side to my experience was having to deal with the initial finance person Sabrine....it's unfortunate that this bad apple almost ruin my great experience. If you ever get her as your fiance person....please be sure to ask for someone else. She was very nice-nasty, condescending and adding on products and services you don't need and using the bully approach to trap you....if you ever get her...just be willing to walk away and request someone more compassionate and friendly. She would get a 1/2 a star in my book....and that's only because I'm really a nice person and I actually entertained her lack of empathy and condescending attitude. ;-( Never the less, the dream team made it happen and Kudos out to them!! More
