Jawon Shaw the delivery specialists explained the entire car to me in less than 10min- this would have took me over a month to figure out. He even drove me to the gas station and gas the car up for me. The manager Tory was great as well he made the deal I wanted... I did not want a car note but this experience made it pleasurable. This is my 3rd purchase here. I am a loyal customer. All employees deserve 10 stars! Awesome Experience!!! More

Not a pleasant experience I am making a long story short. Initially the process was great. the finance department was great. My car had issues with the speedometer when I purch I am making a long story short. Initially the process was great. the finance department was great. My car had issues with the speedometer when I purchased it. I was told the car was repaired before I took possession of it. A day later the speedometer quit, took it back to be repaired and have a front end noise checked. Three days later I was told to take the car to an actual dealership for repairs, because they couldn't fix it. Was told to get a cost and let them know. Luckily the extended warranty covered most of the cost. I let the BDC manager know the charges and he said reimbursement wasn't an issue. Fast forward about a month with only having my car for about a week during this time, no reimbursement. After dealing with numerous people and what seemed like lie after lie, I was told that I had to sign a Dealer Liability Release in order to get my money. Bottom line is that I will never trust this dealership again. More
