Zero follow through - Ugh I purchased my vehicle in mid Feb. During the paperwork process they were just as friendly as ever! It took me a week to get my car since it was just I purchased my vehicle in mid Feb. During the paperwork process they were just as friendly as ever! It took me a week to get my car since it was just bought by the Newnan location and still needed to be checked and detailed. I wish they would have been upfront about how long that process would take since it was new to the lot. Since the car was coming from another location they were unable to fill out the 'We Owe' section therefore I was informed it would be updated later. Ok kool. I get the car and it doesn't have floor mats. Miguel informed me that he would get my floor mats and the extra key next week since it was a Saturday morning when I picked up my car. That sounds like a plan. To this day I never received the mats or extra key. I've spoken to Miguel's associate whom assisted with the sale, Miguel and a floor manager about this issue on several occasions and NOT ONE PERSON has followed up and fixed the situation. If I wasn't told that these things were going to be provided I wouldn't have been looking for them beyond the extra key which was indicated on the key ring when I got the car. I would NEVER send anyone over there. If they realized that fostering return customers extends beyond the sale of the vehicle then they would have had a lifelong customer. I'll be damned if I go back there. If this is how they treat family(I was referred there to a 'family' member of a friend) then I don't want to be a part of this family. And they had the nerve to ask for a 5 star review...LOL! More
