They refused to give me a tempt tag until they over heard me tell my wife I was going to call the police (OCGA 40-2-8). Then suddenly they produced one. They did not provide emissions testing as required by OCGA 12-9-54. I had to pay for my own emissions (they claimed they would reimburse me but I haven't seen that check yet). They yelled at me during the price negotiations and made pathetic attempts at mind games. This has been the absolute worst customer service and unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced. More
