Rude and unprofessional. On April 15,2020 I purchased a 2020 Kia,Sportage. The car was delivered by salesman Benjamin Rieves, also fully involved sales manger Jesse Peak.I was On April 15,2020 I purchased a 2020 Kia,Sportage. The car was delivered by salesman Benjamin Rieves, also fully involved sales manger Jesse Peak.I was informed that by names listed above,I had 5 days to test drive and return the car.Upon test driving the car I concluded it was too small and had 200 miles beforehand .I contacted Benjamin Rieves and Jesse Peak to exchange the car for a larger vehicle.We could not come to a numerical agreement. I contacted Benjamin via text to let him know I was going to return the car. His response , via text was come on please, we are here until 7. When I arrived , He stated, he was going to get his General manager,Irian Jones(who is listed on website as a sales associate). They both laughed and refused to let me return the car. Upon delivery of the car , Benjamin stated they will be sending me copies of my paperwork, in which I have not received.The numbers did not match the quote I received by manger Jesse Peak. He stated he would send me a (81.00)check for the overage.I have not received neither paperwork nor overage check. I have made multiple attempts to contact , Jesse Peak, (sales manager) and Jesee Howell , General manager and has been completely ignored. More

Great customer service and one of the best buying experiences I have had. Definitely recommend them for a great deal! Kevin Eder was my Sales person and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and hone experiences I have had. Definitely recommend them for a great deal! The only reason why it gets a 4 out of 5 star rating is because they did not tell me my vehicle does not come with a spare??!! They could have at least asked if I wanted to purchase one.
