I would not recommend the service department to anyone. Purchased a 2018 Maxama took it back four days later, the wiper reservoir was leaking, after about 2 hours they said it was fix, the two part reservo Purchased a 2018 Maxama took it back four days later, the wiper reservoir was leaking, after about 2 hours they said it was fix, the two part reservoir had come loose and they reconnect it and it is fine, got home decided to check it because i didn't see a way to get to it without taking some other parts off, put fluid in it and it poured right out. They had not even attempted to fix it after seeing other parts will have to come off to reconnect it. Thanks for nothing ALM KIA South. More

I got a car from there,everything was cool, but the problem came when I referred somebody to them. I was supposed to get a $100 referral fee ,but when it’s time to pay up NOTHING WAS DONE!! The overall experience was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had, the constant Three Card Monty was Frustrating and came across as deceptive and dishonest, It took me three hours just to ge experience I’ve ever had, the constant Three Card Monty was Frustrating and came across as deceptive and dishonest, It took me three hours just to get the price, interest rate and terms of the loan. The teams effort to constantly pad extra items to the deal tainted the buying process and made what should have been a good day one filled with regret and my wife unable to celebrate the purchase of her new car. Trying to sell, gap insurance and warranty is one thing, but to cover the air in the tire is just plain criminal. I do not hold or blame the events on the sales rep as I could clearly see he had no control over what was transpiring. Under NO circumstances would I recommend this dealership. Regards More
