Honestly I didn’t have good service at this dealership everything was rushed and I have yet to receive my refund for my gap insurance when another lender paid off my loan the service is slow. The car needed new tires before it left the dealership and the sales man told me that it didnt it just needed air in it and after a week the tire was continuing to go flat and I requested them to replace all tires because the car is only two years old and now it has a funny smell the previous owner was not clean. It only happens when you turn the ac on just overall bad service and experience for a first time car buyer. More
I did not have a good experience after purchasing my car. My trade was not paid off in a timely manner therefore I had to make a car payment on a car I no longer had. Then Kendra in the corporate office advi My trade was not paid off in a timely manner therefore I had to make a car payment on a car I no longer had. Then Kendra in the corporate office advised they received a refund from my previous lien holder due to my payment causing an over payment however I would not get it. It would be sent to my new lien holder. I finally spoke with a manager who advised the over payment did belong to me. That was the horrible experience I had at the end of my purchase. I am convinced I would never do business with ALM again. My finance person at ALM, Al Bryant never, ever returned my calls. I had to show up at the dealership to actually talk with him. I ended up doing all of the leg work myself in order to get my money back. More
