I do understand both positions, yours and mine. My option is to accept the my present place for repair or to check out other Kia service repair centers elsewhere to see if there are more comfortable options. We certainly understand your point of view, unfortunately we do not have a way to tell when a battery will fail. The good news is the vehicle was under warranty and you were covered.

I didn't claim that your dealership knew that the battery would fail, but that your dealership knew that the battery had already failed. Again, this was verified by the legal team at TrueCar. By the way, I'm using "fail/failed" to mean that the max charge the battery could hold was 35 miles, which is significantly less than a max charge of around 124 miles, which is what your site claimed it could hold. Your team would've known that it couldn't hold the charged your site claimed it could hold because, in order to offer test drives to your customers, your team would need to charge it, which would reveal that its max charge didn't match the vehicle details being advertised. Of course, it's possible that no one picked up on this discrepancy, which would indicate a different kind of problem — that your team didn't take the time to verify the advertised details.
