Before I came to get maintenance done on my car, my tire pressure light came on for one of my tires. I got air in the tire and the light went off. After that I came to KIA ALM to get an oil change, a multip pressure light came on for one of my tires. I got air in the tire and the light went off. After that I came to KIA ALM to get an oil change, a multipoint inspection and a tire rotation. The next day, my tire pressure light came back on for the same tire in the same position. Which means a multipoint inspection and tire rotation could not have been done. If I can’t trust that the mechanics are actually doing the service that is very concerning. Now I’m concerned for my safety driving the car, as I purchased a maintenance package with KIA when I bought the car and I receive all of my maintenance here. More

I walked into ALM Kia South expecting to just check out a few cars, and I walked out within hours with my dream car! I had a very bad experience with Jeremiah Bivens. I was sold a car signed all the paper. the wasn't there yet and should arrive in a couple of days.
