I'm going to be as diplomatic as possible because what I really wanna post I'm sure I can't. My husband had a vehicle delivered for me in May for my birthday. Exactly what I wanted except the mileage was 11 really wanna post I'm sure I can't. My husband had a vehicle delivered for me in May for my birthday. Exactly what I wanted except the mileage was 11000 more than advertised, the car wreaked of cigarette smoke with a piece of cigarette STILL in the car. I was too excited to send it back so I adjusted to the mileage lie and we got the car detailed (still smells). The key fob is broken but was told we'll get a new key within the week. I drove the vehicle out of town the following day and it started stalling out while driving. Over the next 2 weeks my phone calls went unanswered, hung up on or not returned. Eventually I got 2 appointments they were both cancelled. I didn't give them a chance to cancel the third. We drove out there an hour away and was told we had to pay $150 for them to CHECK the vehicle and then pay to fix whatever is wrong (still under 30 days). Needless to say we left. Still have not received the new key, no contact back from ALM idiots, car still stalling out and here it is my tag expired yesterday and I guess they submitted my paperwork late because on Friday the tag office said my tag still isn't ready (IN JULY). RUN from these clowns. Marta would be smarter than giving these fools your money (they got full payment for mine). I am also filing a complaint with the BBB as well because this place needs to be investigated and a class action lawsuit needs to be filed and they need to be shut down because of their shady business practices. You were warned. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! More

After looking at several Kia Soul vehicles I went inside and Mr. Darren was the agent who helped me. After speaking with him, I had a moment (cold feet). It wasn't him he was very professional.
