Sales went well, but there was poor communication between the sales and service departments. My truck had a few issues that I expected to be fixed. The paperwork for issues to be fixed did not make it to the the sales and service departments. My truck had a few issues that I expected to be fixed. The paperwork for issues to be fixed did not make it to the service department. This led to a lot of confusion and 3 MORE TRIPS back to the dealership, which is over an hour away from my house. These trips continued because the service department did not fix everything the salesperson and I agreed upon. After the last trip, there are still things they did not fix on the list, but I don't have the money or time to waste gas traveling back down to the dealership. More

CON CON CON! !! The sales associate Rianna do not go to her. I test drove a vehicle and the brake light was on. Her, her sales manager Carl and Rich the finance ma !! The sales associate Rianna do not go to her. I test drove a vehicle and the brake light was on. Her, her sales manager Carl and Rich the finance manager advised the car would be serviced. They dropped the car to me on empty, then the lights were still on. My mechanic advised they had reset the sensors. Additionally Maserati advised I shouldn’t be having those lights on it wasn’t normal. I went back and they refused to take the car back immediately within me returning it the same hour I got it. The manager Carl got really nasty and high pitched and walked off on me. They changed up my paperwork, reset the dash sensors and refused to let me speak to the GM. They got my money and gave me their tails to kiss IMMEDIATELY AFTER. Carl even told other worker stop talking to me and came outside doing a hand gesture across his neck at me. Attempting to intimidate me. This is the most unprofessional, fraudulent and deceptive company I have ever dealt with. I will be contacting the local news, BBB and a lawyer. More
