Good service but it took more than 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. and tire rotation. More

I took my car in for repair in August didn’t get my car back for 3 weeks . There was always an excuse. When I Did Get it back not even 30 minutes later my husband had to return it cause the check engine l back for 3 weeks . There was always an excuse. When I Did Get it back not even 30 minutes later my husband had to return it cause the check engine light came right back on. He had to get upset in order to get a vehicle to get back home. And now it’s be another 2 weeks and I was told it would be ready on Thursday or Friday Thursday has come and now it Friday I had to call and ask about my car. Just to be told that it should be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday. This is not acceptable do to we weren’t even able to see our good byes to our Aunt and now she is gone and we are going to her funeral next weekend. But you all are telling me I can’t take your loaner car out of town and I don’t feel like I should have to go and rent a car , if my car isn’t ready!! So come Tuesday my car isn’t fix I will be up there to talk to the owner . This is not acceptable at all. More

No shuttle service was available to take me down the street all the times I had my car serviced there. Communication needs work from service managers. I submitted an ALM Hyundai West coupon for a synthetic oil change AND tire rotation. I did not receive the tire rotation.
