I recently visited the Hyundai dealership on Thornton Rd, now under the management of ALM, and I was utterly appalled by the state of the place. The sitting area is absolutely repulsive – neglected. To make matters worse, the Starbucks machine they acquired is still broken, which speaks volumes about their lack of attention to customer amenities. The employees’ attitudes were equally disappointing. They walked around disgruntled and lacked any enthusiasm unless you were in the process of making a major purchase. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I will never recommend or send anybody to any ALM dealership. My experience was so negative that I felt compelled to warn others. Steer clear if you value your time and want a pleasant car-buying or servicing experience. More
Everyone so nice! ! They went above and beyond to help me this last visit and installed my wipers that I had bought and couldn’t install myself! I am so appreciative ! They fixed my car and paid to have it towed from an incident prior to them taking over Jenkins , but didn’t fix other problem I mentioned pertaining to a coolant leak when I initially called I told the incident prior to them taking over Jenkins , but didn’t fix other problem I mentioned pertaining to a coolant leak when I initially called I told the lady my coolant was leaking and all my oil was gone. I would recommend ALM because the service manager fixed my oil problem but not one person has paid attention to the coolant leak that I have called about : This location is the closest to me and as far as I was told when I purchased my car I could take it to any Hyundai dealer but when I called I was told to take it to the dealership I purchased the car from and this was before ALM took over but I’m going to call and try to get it in tomorrow. More
