I came for a safety recall, and after 90+ minutes the service center was unable to address the issue. They offered me no recourse other than to make another appointment and “maybe” it can be fixed next t service center was unable to address the issue. I was told that the free oil change coupon I had for a bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore.
