I came for a safety recall, and after 90+ minutes the service center was unable to address the issue. They offered me no recourse other than to make another appointment and “maybe” it can be fixed next t service center was unable to address the issue. I was told that the free oil change coupon I had for a bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore. I was given 4 of them to make it right and to return to give them another chance but when I returned they told me they could give me an oil change for $80 which is the regular price. Very disappointing and will not return. More

I arrived (third car) line at 8:15 am for 8:30am appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. I was not told by anyone that I had to check-in again inside, after the outside employee c appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. If my wife had not checked to see what the hold was up and why was our truck still sitting in line while others were being serviced I was told "they didn't know whose vehicle it was and that I was suppose to go to the counter inside service area". This dealership should have service man that should perform their job that the customer requested. I had an issue with serviceman (OJay/Osha) not rotating my tires as I requested. I noticed they did not rotate my tires after receiving my paperwork telling me everything was done and fine with my vehicle. I go back into the dealership and ask for them to rotate my tires as I requested. I’m standing at the cashier’s window and here comes OJay/Osha stating that my tires doesn’t need to be rotated because it will be dangerous due to the tread level. I told him that I received paperwork stating everything was fine and I always get my tires rotated with my oil changes so I can have longer lifetime on my tires due to me driving so far to and from work. OJay/Osha rolled his eyes at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I requested for a manager. Raegan Bolden was the manager on duty at the time. She went to OJay/Osha and told him to rotate my tires. I walked back outside to my car and then OJay/Osha and Rodney came out and Rodney remeasured the tire tread and said it was okay for my tires to be rotated. Meanwhile, I had already called my husband on the cell phone and told him about the situation and gave the phone to OJay/Osha for my husband to speak with him. Rodney was more professional and kind. Rodney took care of the rotating the tires for me. This is the second time that I have bought my car in for service and scheduled tire rotation with my oil change and it didn’t get done. This is laziness from the service man not doing their job. No telling how many other cars this has happened too and the owners didn’t not notice. I was initially told that everything was fine with my vehicle and the service was not done. More
