I really don’t have the words to express my experience. But, I can say that my last service appointment was absolutely terrible, and the service that I initially received was less than acceptable. I went in for what I thought was a basic oil change and left with my car, smoking and oil all over the bottom of my vehicle, once I stopped I realize something was really wrong. The dealership then called and the service advisor informed me that I would need to schedule a time to bring my car back because they noticed some fluid on my car as I was leaving possibly from the engine it’s worth it to note that it was over 30 minutes before they contacted me to tell me this and I told him I’d be returning immediately as the car was smoking. Once I got back to the exit where the dealership is located my car began to go crazy on the sensors stating that there was no oil in my vehicle and I had trouble accelerating getting down the street. I can only drive about 10 mph upon getting back to the shop, I found out that it was not fluid all over the inside of my vehicle instead it was oil and that I should have been told this ahead of time and really my vehicle should’ve never left knowing that the cap wasn’t replaced and, there was some issues. I was able to get everything noted on my file however I still don’t have any confidence in the abilities of those who work in the dealership service department. More
