They got the job partially done when no one else could do it at all. I picked the car up on the 14th and now I have to take it back on the 15th …. but cannot make it because of my work schedule. Terrion was great he did communicate on the timing. I was not offered a courtesy wash with my service. Most dealerships offer this as an incentive but I guess if you have a warranty you have to pay for I was not offered a courtesy wash with my service. First of all I made the appointment and asked for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation which they didn’t do at all. They used a synthetic blend and did not rotate the tires at all. So I paid $135.26 and did not get what I asked for. I called them the same day and asked to speak to the service manager and Dominique said that he (Anthony Price) was in a meeting as well as Regan the customer relations manager was in the same meeting and I was told that one of them would call me back the same day which was July 31,2024 and I never did receive the phone call from either one. I was so excited to finally meet Destiny who made the appointment for me and she was so nice but unfortunately if this is how they do business I most definitely won’t be returning to this location to have my car serviced. It’s a shame because our service advisor was also nice that day to but if they aren’t going to do what I requested then that is shameful. I also was supposed to receive a 15 percent discount for being a first time customer and they didn’t know how to do that (apply coupon). Dominique said they could make another appointment to come in and get the tire rotation done but I explained to her that we are over an hour away and it would be crazy for me to come back for that and make that drive again. Bathrooms were clean. Negative: No one at either of the dealers I went to has any idea what the KSDS software update is. I got a mailer/flyer about it and tried to get it done. NO ONE knows what I am talking about. I am baffled by this. Finally, of course, the cost was exorbitant for work that needed to be done. My regular mechanic will be doing it for $1121 less than quoted here. More
