I didn’t feel like a priority. Unlike my first experience my second time at ALM was less than desirable. I came in for an oil change and to see about a recall that had come out. Left the shop and check engine light was on luckily I notice than desirable. I came in for an oil change and to see about a recall that had come out. Left the shop and check engine light was on luckily I noticed at the corner. Turned around and went back the rep said oh it's nobody here you have to come back. Another rep said that she would look and did was able to get a tech. He couldn't remove it and they had to locate a Sr Tech. After an additional hour. I leave get home and parked. Noticed on monday a puddle of oil. When I left said Ok maybe that's excess. Went to work parked Tuesday going into Wed yet another oil spot. So I'll be going back due to this having to take time off of work to do so. Not a good experience at all. Anyone who wants to discuss can feel free to call Orlando Tetterton 4049882961.
