An overall frustrating and disappointing experience… Dante asked if we would consider their financing option if they could provide us a better rate than what we had already secured with our bank and we Dante asked if we would consider their financing option if they could provide us a better rate than what we had already secured with our bank and we said yes. He wrote down our expectations on a piece of paper and asked us to sign it. We waited for two hours while he "ran the numbers" and then finally pulled us into his office saying "I think you're going to be excited with the what I can offer" and then proceeded to offer us a higher interest rate than what we had already secured. He shared the only way we could get lower was by putting additional monies down which did not match what he had previously written and we had signed. He also stated that he had emailed us the purchase documents while we were in his office. I later discovered that he had not and messaged our sales contact. I finally received a response two days later stating that all of their computer systems were down and that's why I had not received them. After getting aggressive, I finally received the documents three days later. I can't imagine how the dealership managed to sell cars during those 3 days when their computer system was down! Additionally, we drove the car home knowing there was an issue with it. Our Sales contact, Daidrean, said he scheduled time with the service dept for us to bring it in and be fixed. I texted back to the confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I drove 20 minutes to the dealership (with my 2 month old granddaughter) when I received a text stating he did not actually schedule the appointment and that I needed to use the following link to schedule it on my own. I called and left multiple messages for the manager and had to get aggressive, again, before I finally received a call back from Sakil TWO weeks later. Apparently the dealership was having "issues with their phone system" and they were not able to place any outgoing calls during that two week period!? More
