ALM received car 7/25/24, service complete 10/17/24. Absolutely unacceptible turnaround! Car filthy when returned, after sitting on lot for nearly 3 months! Oil was leaking all over my car engine. This was my 1st oil changed there. My husband looked at the car because the car smelt like burning oil.
