They can’t seem to get the fact that they are sending me credit card information that belongs to Leandra Lynn Dukes for a car I sold 2yrs ago no matter how many times I call credit card information that belongs to Leandra Lynn Dukes for a car I sold 2yrs ago no matter how many times I call More
They claim to care about customer satisfaction but really they do not. I believe there is a breakdown in communication amongst the departments and things could be better. I went to have my vehicle cleaned af they do not. I believe there is a breakdown in communication amongst the departments and things could be better. I went to have my vehicle cleaned after purchasing it. They did a very subpar job. They only vacuumed and washed the outside. Didn’t clean my mirrors or windows and didn’t wipe anything down. But I sat there for at least 30 minutes. I feel like I wasted my time because I absolutely would have a better job of cleaning. More

I am always trying to learn something from sales people by their attitude and way of dealing customers. I learned two things from Marcus Gray. First, he sells what he loves. I realized he really loves what by their attitude and way of dealing customers. I learned two things from Marcus Gray. First, he sells what he loves. I realized he really loves what he is selling. He introduced me his cars in a full confidence. Second, I found that he has integrity. He didn't try to sell what he wanted. He paid keen attention to what I wanted. He listened to me all the time. I felt that I am cared and respected there. I am sincerely grateful to Marcus and his colleagues for their warm hospitality extended to me because I am a foreigner in here. They treated a minority like their own family with care and respect. More
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership, particularly regarding the conduct of your finance manager, Carl Broady. My experience has been highl with the service I received at your dealership, particularly regarding the conduct of your finance manager, Carl Broady. My experience has been highly distressing and unprofessional. On May 2, 2024, I visited your dealership to purchase a vehicle. After being approved for financing, I paid a deposit of $750 to hold a red Hyundai Venue while I went to get the remaining $800. Upon my return, Eyonte informed me that the red Hyundai Venue had been sold despite my deposit. Nevertheless, I proceeded with purchasing a different vehicle. However, my experience did not improve: The vehicle had no gas, requiring an immediate stop at a gas station. The representative failed to remove tape from the window, and the brand-new car did not come with floor mats. I was told to call and schedule an appointment for window tinting, which has still not been fulfilled. The most concerning issue occurred on June 5, 2024. At approximately 4 PM, I received a text from Carl Broady stating he had resubmitted my credit application without my consent, claiming he had managed to lower my car payment and needed me to sign new paperwork. Confused, I went to the dealership. Upon arrival, Carl asked for both sets of car keys (despite me only receiving one at the time of purchase). After handing him the key, he informed me that the loan had not gone through, effectively stranding me at the dealership for two hours without offering any assistance for transportation. Despite calling the police and filing a report due to Carl's refusal to communicate or assist me, I later confirmed with the bank's finance manager that my loan had indeed been approved. I was instructed to return to the dealership with my check stubs for income verification. Due to the lies that were told, I called Douglas County Police, and they sent out an officer to take a police report (Report #24007030). When Carl spoke to the police, he claimed he had called me several times, but I did not answer. I showed the officer the text messages between us starting on May 24th at 6 PM, and I have phone records showing Carl had not reached out to me prior to that date. Additionally, Carl claimed he had just returned from the hospital and was unaware of my situation, which is inconsistent with our prior communications. He also stated that due to Jenkins Hyundai being bought by ALM, the bank rejected the loan. The treatment I received was both embarrassing and unacceptable, especially being ignored and stranded in front of staff and customers. Carl's actions reflect a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy, and his unwillingness to complete the necessary work caused significant distress. I demand a formal investigation into this matter and expect appropriate actions to be taken to rectify this situation. I would appreciate a prompt response to address my concerns. Sincerely, Sequoia Bailey More
