They were good but did not handle Genesis very well. Windows on inside were dirty as well the exterior and interior. Just two manuals in the car. My G80 had 4 or 5 manuals that came with the car. The service was good until I left and realized that my service light was not turned off after I specifically asked for it to be done. Mr. Smith was knowledgeable and very kind. I was seriously overcharged for my vehicle. The sticker price $45,000, the drive off cost $61,000. I don't know how I let the tie me up in that type of mark up.
