I had an appointment at 2 pm and my car was not finished until 4:30 pm. The service person should tell you when you arrive for your appointment if they are running behind and gave me the option if I wanted until 4:30 pm. The service team did not keep me informed throughout my appointment. I know people come for different things. I saw people come before me and leave before me and their service person kept them involved. I did not get the same treatment as other customers. I was highly disappointed. More
