Purchase of 2016 Santa Fe Sport Turbo I had a very good experience leasing my 2016 Santa Fe Sport Turbo Ultimate. The car is jazzy and competes with other mid-size "luxury" SUV's. Some Good, Some Bad...Came thru in the end! This is my 2nd review of ABC. I want to update a little since.....In the 1st review I was felt I was completely wronged and non one was helping....si This is my 2nd review of ABC. I want to update a little since.....In the 1st review I was felt I was completely wronged and non one was helping....since then, Donte has helped me into a better situation. The short story is... I bought 2 cars on July 4th. 1 was a LEMON. I tried to take it back 2 months later to fix it, and they wanted to charge me a $250 deductible!! Not Fair, and not what was promised. Unfortunately due to high turnover, the guy that promised to take care of me, and I truly felt he would, was gone. All my pleas were denied and no one was going to help me. They couldn't even figure out what was wrong with the car and had it shipped to Towbin Dodge (Another Dealer!?) to be diagnosed and fixed! Ultimately, no one was helping and I was going to have to pay. I did not plan on coming back. My Salesman, Jack Ross, fought on my behalf and knew what was right. He had been part of the deal, and knew I was being treated unfairly. He went to Donte and plead my case. Donte agreed to help, and put me in a new car. I felt weird at 1st because the payment went up $200/month, and I was worried I was being taken advantage of again, but in the end I think Donte was really working hard to help rectify the situation and get me in a car that he could guarantee I would not have problems with...my ultimate goal. I have mixed feelings because Jack and Louis are now BOTH gone and its not even been 3 months yet. I feel like Donte may help me, but still I don't feel like I'm in the "Hyundai Family", the way the previous guys made me feel. There is a lot of turnover there...that makes it hard to refer or to go back. Plus, I missed out on the new car promotions, LOL....I didn't get to spin a wheel or get a gift card!?? :( They said they had put too much into fixing my deal, but is that really my fault... ? More
