That young gentleman is very professional, helpful, caring and if he doesn't have the answer to your question, will find out for you. The first time Shane assisted us was in 2014. We came 15mns before closing. He stayed till pass midnight with us till we took of with our new car. This second time, Shane assisted us again. It was nice to work with him, and the fact he remembered our needs from our previous purchase was a time saving!!!
