Process took too long The entire process took too long. I had already decided on what car I want exactly. Hoping that that would have expedited the process. In addition, had to keep contacting the finance bank throughout the weeks, in order to make sure that the loan has gone through 100%. I feel like I was kind of left hanging after I left the dealership. In regards to what was happening with my loan. Also I received a letter stating that I needed to return the car.... I guess it was an automated letter sent out after 2 weeks, when the financing bank had not yet decided to close the loan. That freaked me out. This is my first car, buying from a dealership. And I really do not think that is a great way to help somebody feel that they are not stressed out about the process. Again... it took too long and extremely was stressful.... Not knowing if everything was 100% okay. I felt like there should have been a little bit more communication after I had signed on the dotted line. More
