Best Car Buying Experience Ever In short, this was the best auto buying experience I have ever had (I've purchased over 15 vehicles). The Sales Person, Ben Chun, was courteous, respe In short, this was the best auto buying experience I have ever had (I've purchased over 15 vehicles). The Sales Person, Ben Chun, was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I did NOT feel like I was being hustled or pressured. The Sales Manager visited our table, introduced himself, said he would be available if I had any questions, then returned to his desk. A nice touch. Not the usual Manager/sales person dance the customer has to be a part of. The Finance Officer was also courteous and easy to work with. After purchasing the vehicle, Victoria gave me a 2-hour lesson on all the gadgets the Tucson Limited with Ultimate package had to offer. She realized that at 72 years of age, I was not retaining everything, and commented several times that I could return at any time, and she would gladly review any items I wanted. Overall, I had an Excellent buying experience. Now, I hope the Service Department can live up to the image I have of ABC Hyundai. By the way, I am enjoying this vehicle very much. More
