A blueprint of all auto dealershiips I had a problem with my voice command, our salesman JB, with genuine concern, was quick to schedule the fix. JB, then greeted us when we came in for t I had a problem with my voice command, our salesman JB, with genuine concern, was quick to schedule the fix. JB, then greeted us when we came in for the repair, followed up with phone calls and text messages, he didn't just pass us along to service, honestly I never expected that level of concern. The service team made the repairs in a timely fashion, Dereck, then took time to make sure it was working properly. When the repair wasn't quite right, he insisted on keeping the car to make it perfect. The customer service representative, Melissa, called to check on things ( along with JB) and also offered assistance. the service manager Evan Levy also got involved to make sure things were being handled correctly. Everyone at the store was amazing! Nero the gentleman who we signed papers with, walked us through all those exhausting papers we had to sign ( we never felt rushed, and it was late in the evening when we finally closed the deal), Bob Philips the finance manager worked hand in hand with JB to make sure we had the right deal. Finally the sales manager Arman, he also checked on how things were going! My husband and I felt like we were the only customers the store has ever had! what a great experience. ABC Hyundai should be the blueprint on how all car dealerships should be run! More
