I live in Los Angeles and on 07/29 traveled to Las Vegas to help my elderly parents purchase a used vehicle. Prior to my trip to Las Vegas I researched several potential vehicles through TrueCar, a car pricing service I have used three times in the last three years that I've had great experience with. One of the vehicles was a white 2015 Hyundai Tucson, VIN KM8JT3AF1FU981680, at ABC Hyundai. I contacted the dealership and received an email with a TrueCar price certificate for $16,077 which was $300 less than the sticker price of the vehicle. On ABC's website it indicated that doc fees ($499) and tax were additional. I arranged for my parents to test drive the vehicle at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 29th and confirmed that appointment the day before. Our sales rep, Diego, was a few minutes late and after he arrived there was a delay in getting the keys and pulling the vehicle around for a test drive. I asked to have my parents trade in evaluated while we did the test drive and provided the keys to their vehicle. After driving the Hyundai Tucson we made it clear that we intended to purchase it. We had provided the TrueCar certificate. This was to be an all cash purchase, no financing. We were seated in the showroom and left sitting for 30-45 minutes. I inquired about the delay and was told someone would be with us shortly. When the sales manager (I believe his name was Bobby) presented the deal it included a $2,046 "reconditioning fee" on top of the TrueCar guaranteed price! The reconditioning fee wasn't on the window sticker either. We were OK with all other aspects of the deal (trade-in allowance, doc fees, tax) but protested the reconditioning fee and requested that they honor the TrueCar pricing. He said he'd see what he could do. He came back about 15 minutes later, and said that the reconditioning fee would be dropped but he wondered what we wanted to do about the certification, implying the car wouldn't be a certified used Hyundai without the payment of additional fees. We again protested that the car was certified and had been advertised as such and that the price should be the TrueCar price. He came back a few minutes later with our sales rep Diego and informed us "unfortunately the vehicle has been sold". What? We'd spent over two hours at the dealership. We were the first customers to drive the car that morning and had made our intent to purchase it at 10:45 AM. We were unaware throughout the process that they were dealing with another customer who had test driven the car AFTER we did. We asked to talk to the General Manager (Armen) and he didn't even offer much of an apology. The sales manager and our sales rep tried to get us to consider another 2015 Hyundai Tucson they had, saying they'd offer the "same deal" (not even clear what that deal was) but that Hyundai was black with a black interior and living in Las Vegas my parents specifically wanted a light colored car. We left the dealership frustrated and angry. ABC Hyundai Las Vegas clearly had no intention of selling the vehicle at the TrueCar guaranteed price, or even their own sticker price. They are simply using TrueCar to attract buyers and then attempted to tack on additional unadvertised fees. That's illegal! Every other vehicle I've priced and purchased through TrueCar has been a no hassle, the price quoted is the price paid deal. ABC Hyundai uses deceptive business practices and is dishonest. I've filed a negative report with True Car and also with the Nevada DMV. I posted a review of my experience on Yelp and had a response from Alex K that a deal wasn't a deal until negotiations were concluded. He overlooks the fact that the price had already been established, in writing, in an email from his dealership and that we had clearly indicated our intent to purchase the car. Don't waste your time or money at ABC Hyundai - they have no respect for their customers time and are dishonest. More

I was greeted by Ryan Pahang who showed me the only Mini Cooper paceman they have in Las Vegas, that is the only reason I decided to go to purchase it at ABC Hyundai. Ryan service was excellent, my bad day started when they pass me to Trent McFarland who is the financial manager to fill out papers. His bad gestures and unsatisfactory service made me feel like he was racists, he was not welcoming and had a bad attitude. In my daily job I also work in the car service industry and I can truely say I will no recommend ABC Hyundai with that type of service. More
Tony Bowler, best car salesman ever. I had been searching for a new car for several weeks and had been to many car lots several times and dealt with many salesmen. I had negative interaction with salesmen on the ABC Hyundai lot at first. Just like all the other salesman on all the other lots, they were pushy or did not take care of my interests or needs. I was extremely lucky to get the chance to meet Tony Bowler. As far as I'm concerned, he's the best car salesman in the Las Vegas area and southern California. It was an absolute pleasure interacting with him and it resulted in me getting the exact car I was searching for and 100% satisfaction from ABC Hyundai. Also Neil, who was in finance at the time, was great to work with as well. I will recommend to anyone I can to go to ABC Hyundai and ask for Tony Bowler. More

The prices were awesome and both men were super accommodating and really nice. I'm recommending them to anyone wanting a car! More
