Disappointed in ABC Hyundai Las Vegas I am very disappointed in ABC Hyundai Las Vegas. I was promised first year free oil changes. Now when I call I find the finance person no longer works for that company. I could not get a hold of the salesman. The service department tells me their hands are tied because only the powers-that-be can do something and they don't know what to do. First thing tomorrow morning will be a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Then I have to find out who owns ABC Hyundai. Then I have to get to Regional and National Hyundai. But at least I can get the news out on social media. I already asked Ray in service to cancel my Saturday appointment. My time is going to be spent contacting Better Business Bureau other organizations. More
