Then when he presented our deal, everyone listened to what we wanted. Agreed to the deal, signed paperwork and on our way. It's been 2weeks. We stopped by to ask questions about how some of the features worked. We were again greeted promptly and friendly. Damir recognized us and immediately came up us and took care of all our questions. We truly feel a part of the ABC Hyundai Family. Thank you to everyone. More

Worst deal in my car buying history. 1/5 💫 Took advantage of me:- 1/5 💫 I was stuck over in vegas and I needed a car. Should you buy a car from there? Yes and no. If you are getting good deal and price around MSRP plus APR is less :- YES. If they are asking for a lot more than MSRP, and or the APR is a lot higher than :- no. Service was fabulous. No regrets about that. Paying way more. Yes I have the regret. I think employees are good but the money management people are greedy. These three people were very helpful to me. Negotiating the deal was fine. Dealing with my sales man not so great. Desert protection program-definitely not worth it. The back window has some kind of white film between the tint and the window. Had problems with blu link and finance because I wasn't on the paperwork. I had to email paperwork to both departments. Blu-link is fixed, account isn't. Still showing cosigner and payment book-letter being sent to cosigner. My stickers for my plates were sent to the cosigner address and still hasn't arrived. DMV stated to me mailing and ohysical address should have been the same because vehicle is housed where I live, tell that to the dealership. The mailing address is fixed now because it was corrected and I have my stickers for November. I had referrals but I told both parties to go somewhere else to purchase there hyundai vehicles. I referred them to henderson hyundai. Both parties had a great experience and their salesmen went over the vehicles features and blu-link. More
I purchased a brand new 2020 Elantra value edition in April 2021 from ABC Hyundai and the free oil change program the boast of is a bait and switch lie. my first two service appointments were free and t April 2021 from ABC Hyundai and the free oil change program the boast of is a bait and switch lie. my first two service appointments were free and then I was told I would be charged for my next service and every other one and at every 3500 miles because of Nevada's extreme heat conditions. Those extreme heat conditions only exist during four out of twelve months leaving eight months of milder weather which should be considered.because 7000 mile service intervals are recommended normal driving conditions. None of this was mentioned verbally or in writing while Lidia in the finance department prepared my financial contract for me to sign. So my next and 3rd 3500 mile service appointment comes around and the service department explained why I was being charged this time and with the xxxxxxxx explanation I went to the finance manager whose name is Lidia who didn't even remember me and she said I'm pretty sure I told you this. Believe me she did not nor was it stated in my financial contract. Also the service department is a third party contractor that isn't interested in customer service. Their only interest is to make as much money as possible for ABC Hyundai.They claim that customer service is a priority for new Hyundai owners but all of that warm fuzzy xxxxxxxx ends after you signed your contract and the couple of days they allow you to change your mind have past..They don't bother to tell you about the extreme heat exception until you are at your second 3500 mile scheduled complimentary service interval that you will be paying for the third and next scheduled service and then every other 3500 miles after that..Your first 7000 miles are free.and then they pull the extreme heat bull crap saying service by a Hyundai service technician is recommended every 3500 miles for as long as you own your car in Nevada for the highest resale value of your car. There is also a little display screen that reminds you to schedule maintenance service when nearing every 3500 mile interval.I work as a Lyft driver and have driven rented Hyundai Elantras through the express drive program from Hertz for several years here in Las Vegas and they have their rental fleet serviced every 7000 miles at Pep Boys without incident. My experience with the hertz Hyundai rentals were the reason why I chose to buy my own Hyundai Elantra.. The car is great and I love it. My disappointment is with ABC Hyundai and their bull crap Believe me their greatest interest is in your wallet and staying in your wallet as long as you own your car. More
