About a 2 hour oil change. They took my car in 3:45 got it back 5:25. At 4:50 I went to see if my car was done. I saw that service was having a meeting. They where laughing and They took my car in 3:45 got it back 5:25. At 4:50 I went to see if my car was done. I saw that service was having a meeting. They where laughing and taking their time. 20 minutes after their meeting I finally got my car. I would complain to the service manager but who held the meeting? The manager would have swept it under the rug because who can call a meeting. I saw the reviews on Google but didn't trust it. Now I do and there are other dealerships around that will get my money.
