Easy and quick but at the price of not getting the best deal I came in to purchase my first brand new car ever on a Saturday. I was greeted by a friendly salesman, I think his name was Ryan. (He was new and didn I came in to purchase my first brand new car ever on a Saturday. I was greeted by a friendly salesman, I think his name was Ryan. (He was new and didn't have his own card.)Albert came over about 10 minutes later to help with the process. Went over the usual banter, test drove 3 cars and started to be shown prices. Told the two sales associates and who I think was the sales manager my down payment and excellent credit score. The first offer I was given was insulting at the least. I stood up to leave, explained in an irritated tone how insulting it was based off my qualifications and he went back to try another deal. Came back with 3 deals, all of which were over what I said I would pay, the least expensive being only $1 more than my max. I showed them my truecar.com deal and said I would leave to this dealership that already confirmed the price that was $5000+ less than what I was being offered which was the exact MSRP. Due to not wanting to spend all day doing this process and the dealership being close to home, I bit the bullet and purchased the car anyway at 3.49% for 75 months. I had a credit score over 750 and they were advertising 0% financing but wasn't offered. ALL IN ALL!!!! I'm happy with my car and love everything about it. I know I could've gotten a better deal if I wanted to spend the time. The employees at ABC Hyundai are great people and have a great inventory. I would probably recommend them to friends. More
