I wanted a 2018 blue Forester. It was very difficult to find, but Larry persisted and delivered just what I wanted. My only issue was why someone would order the second trim down and then equip the vehicle find, but Larry persisted and delivered just what I wanted. Larry is extremely knowledgable about various cars' features and the auto industry, particularly selling vehicles. He makes himself very accessible by providing his cell number so you can reach him at any time. Larry is very personable, charming, and friendly. He does his best to deliver the vehicle the customer requests. He gave me a little bottle of touchup paint for the scratches on my car.I was comfortable working with Larry and found him to be efficient and accurate with his paperwork and an interesting conversationalist. Most important, Larry persevered to locate and deliver my car, Blue. Larry is a definite asset to your sales team! It would be worth your while to determine why your extended warranty insurance partner is so slow to respond to requests for cancellation refunds.
