By the time we arrived at the showroom there was a genius waiting for us to go through any questions and we were able to order the new car. When the car arrived, they notified us immediately and had it beautiful and ready to go later that same day, which just so happened to be the day that our daughter passed her driver's exam. A genius from A & L spent over an hour with her going over all the safety features so that by the time we drove away everything about the car was personalized to her preferences. It made for a very special day for our family. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone at this dealership. We have a BMW dealership within several blocks of our home, but we choose to travel to A & L for the exemplary and personalized service.
