I have walked into this dealership 4 times, well dressed and ready to buy. The first time I walked in, I had $15000 cash in hand and was pre-approved for $15000 The sales man asked me if I was marrie and ready to buy. The first time I walked in, I had $15000 cash in hand and was pre-approved for $15000 The sales man asked me if I was married and then said I should buy the z4M instead of the M3 as I will get more women. I laughed and then realized that he was not joking. He was pushing me to get the Z4M and literally forced me to go for a joy ride (58K car) Second time, walked in with a suit on and the salesman asked me if my parents would co-sign my loan. I told him I have 45K pre-approved for a car. He then said " wow thats a lot of money for a young ...." ( I am 30 yrs old) Third time, I told the elderly person that I want a M3 1-2 years old and he said that he has not clue as to when he can get it or if he can even get it. He then went on for 10 minutes talking about how hard they are to get. Autotrader had >40 in a 100 mile radius of my house and P&W Bmw had two of them. In short, every time I have gone there it has the feeling of a mafia style dealership and I would stay away. They are used to "dumb customers" with a lot of money that order cars on the phone without realizing what they ordered was probably 10% more than other dealerships offer. Also stay away from Sewickely bmw audi porsche More
Overall excellent experience at this dealership. The saleman knew every detail about the cars and was very transparent. The manager made what was going to be a difficult trade-in situation work even th saleman knew every detail about the cars and was very transparent. The manager made what was going to be a difficult trade-in situation work even though it didn't make them a dime and it took several hours of their time. Delivery of the vehicle was perfect (in spite of the fact that I hurried it). A friend of mine raves about the service they provide as well and they have always corrected any issues quickly. I buy cars frequently and will look at this dealship first in the future as it was my best dealer experience yet. More
Worst service I have ever seen, I had my car there 5 times for same air conditioner problem. It would work for a few days and then stop. Every time they gave me a different excuse. Finally, they insul times for same air conditioner problem. It would work for a few days and then stop. Every time they gave me a different excuse. Finally, they insulted my wife, which was the last straw. This is the biggest bunch of incompetent service personnel I have ever seen .. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. More

When you buy a used car, there is a certain "trust" that you must feel with the dealership and its service center. I discovered several problems with the car and had a terrible experience with "trust" that you must feel with the dealership and its service center. I discovered several problems with the car and had a terrible experience with dealer. I purchased an M3 and within a month and a half I found the following things go wrong: Front Strut worn out ruining front tire Console falling apart Front right Fog Light came loose Front bumper trim came loose The reponse i got from this dealer was: Sorry, your car has no warranty.. . . They wouldnt even look at the strut and tell me what was wrong with it without charging me $45! I will never buy another car from this dealership. . . . More
I’m a Chief in the US Navy stationed in Guam and I purchased a 1997 E36 M3 BMW Sedan via online. I had my father pick the vehicle up two weeks after the sale. My Dad noticed the gas cap was missing purchased a 1997 E36 M3 BMW Sedan via online. I had my father pick the vehicle up two weeks after the sale. My Dad noticed the gas cap was missing and the vehicle brake warning light was on, overall the car was immaculate. The gas cap was replaced on the spot. The brake light is a common discrepancy with the E36 M3’s and very easy to fix. A replacement of the brake stop switch is all that was needed, a 20 minute job. If the sales person would have mentioned the repairs needed it could have been fixed prior to pickup. The car was purchased 27May04 and its 22Jun04 now, I have not received the refund of my deposit of $1000.00 which is $425.00 due at the close of the deal. Each week A&L motors emails me with a problem that could have been settled when my father received the automobile two weeks ago. More
I was interested in a 3 series and the sales man was pushing me to buy an m3 because he said "dude you will be able to pick up so many hot chicks in this car" The fool obviously did not realize that I pushing me to buy an m3 because he said "dude you will be able to pick up so many hot chicks in this car" The fool obviously did not realize that I was over 30 years old and was married with three children parked in my minivan outside.

I tried again a year later and was insulted by an elderly "idiot" that appraised my car for 8K (1996 328convertible with 70K miles). So if you ever come across an elderly individual with a drunken wrinkled face just walk out. You will know who he is because he will be sitting back in his chair showing you no respect like a Mafia Don For the record www.3riversbmw.com gave me 13K for my car. If you want a deal ask for John Rackley and tell them bipin sent you....If he sells you a car keep the "finders fee" because he deserves to win the medal of honor for being an excellent sales man.
BK
V.P Sales/Marketing More
This is by far the best dealer around. I own 3 BMW's and this is the first one I have bought there. The sales people are knowledgeable and help without pressure. As far as driving an M3 I don't want to buy this is the first one I have bought there. The sales people are knowledgeable and help without pressure. As far as driving an M3 I don't want to buy a new car some kid has hotrodded around. If they have a used one on the lot fine,it's a used car. When I buy I want a new car. But back to service-they do it right. I get a loaner and the car is usually ready before the expected time. I had a problem with the factory phone and they had it replaced with a new Bluetooth model. The service manager pushed BMW for it. The best people I have ever delt with. They remember your name when you walk in. The owners are on site as this is a family business not some large impersonal corprate entity.
I have bought from another dealer in town and when I went back to deal they tried to jack the price because they thought i wouldn't shop because I was their customer.
I highly reccommend A and L.
Any questions you can contact me at peachseed@juno.com
Thanks More
THE WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE and I am only 19, THE WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE

and I am only 19, so I haven't seen them all, yet. But this was not what was expected from a BMW dealer THE WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE

and I am only 19, so I haven't seen them all, yet. But this was not what was expected from a BMW dealership.

Anyways, my father and I were extremely serious about buying a brand new M3 from these guys, but instead, we left with an unbelievable sour taste in our mouths. We were even ordering the M3, but the question about transmission came up (SMG or 6-speed). I told the salesman that I had to test drive the SMG to see if I liked it or not.

He went to the manager, the manager said I could not drive it. He stated that no one test drives M3's, they just come and buy it. Anyways, besides that point, my father had a lot of questions like what kind of APR he could get because the bank said 4.25% and he wanted to know if BMW offers lower. The salesman goes back to the manager, and comes back with a reply "under 5." My father, the wiseguy that he is, promptly states that "under 5" could mean a variety of things. From 1 to 4.9999 to 3.4.

We were absolutely treated like crap. So we got up and left. Then the manager FINALLY shows his face, and yells across his store that he wants to do business with us. My father said our money would be spent better elsewhere.

So we ended up buying a BMW M5 at another place.

Sure, they may have a packed lot full of M's and new luxo sedans, but thats only because they don't know how to treat their customers right. Some of their inventory is from 2002. More
