He was thorough and stayed in touch when he felt there would be a vehicle that could interest us. The cars are incredible but the purchasing experience can make or break a lifelong relationship. I've owned a number of BMW's and it only took one bad purchase experience with my local dealer to end the prospect of a return. The whole staff at A&L acknowledged us and helped wherever possible. The car I went to look at was quickly brought to the door within minutes of our arrival and we were off on a test drive. The only problem was the perfect 640XI Grand Coupe sitting in the showroom that I had not even considered. It wasn't a difficult decision to move up to that car and we quickly worked out the price, financing and after a short while of entertaining and education from John, Bob, Jon and others (including a very nice thank you and discussion with one of the owners) we were on our way home.
