Bad customer service. Worst after sales customer service. I bought a certified car and drove for 2 weeks to find out that Car jitters at 70 miles/hr. Called the dealer and Worst after sales customer service. I bought a certified car and drove for 2 weeks to find out that Car jitters at 70 miles/hr. Called the dealer and asked to look into it and instead of fixing the issue they strted giving excuses to not fix the wheels. Even though I explained completely that I don’t drive car much and I didn’t drive it at 70 mile per hr for longer period until I went on highway 76 which is why I did not feel it for 2 weeks and reported as soon as I felt it but their operations manager didn’t fix it plus the sales agent who dealt with me that I know it’s not your fault but I can’t help you. Bad experience not recommended. More

Our Retirement present I stopped by to check out used 328i BMW for my husband. I called the dealership first and spoke to George. When I arrived, although they were busy, I stopped by to check out used 328i BMW for my husband. I called the dealership first and spoke to George. When I arrived, although they were busy, George met me and introduced me to his Product Specialist, Logan, a young man who proceeded to educate me on the various 3-Series cars. I took two cars out for a drive and chose one. I met George and we made arrangements to meet again on Monday with my husband. In the interim, I left my license at the dealership and George immediately called me to assure me that it would be safe until Monday. Over the weekend, the car was detailed and ready for us when we arrived at 4:30 on Monday. My husband loved it and we closed the sale. Logan again, instructed us on the various features of the vehicle and we left. All in all, this was a fun and friendly experience. We traded our 2012 Prius in for this car and we also go a fair deal on our trade. So, I would highly recommend George Donnelly for an excellent sales experience. We'll go ack again for the next BMW! More
Service your vehicle elsewhere or risk wasting your money I took my 2015 X3 to A&L BMW on 04/03 at 8:00am to repair a "reverse light malfunction lamp" and a "noise with the moon roof when driving over bumpier I took my 2015 X3 to A&L BMW on 04/03 at 8:00am to repair a "reverse light malfunction lamp" and a "noise with the moon roof when driving over bumpier roads". I worked with Lauren and Nancy in service. Collected my vehicle on 04/06, only two hours to have the "reverse light malfunction lamp" displaying again and the noise in the moon roof. I immediately contacted Lauren 04/07 to report the problem. Today is 04/12, 5 days later and she has not responded. $500 out the drain for what? B&W should be embarrassed this Monroeville dealership wears its badge. Keep your apology. Like you kept your promise of a free car wash. More
Excellent staff, service and my salesman George Donnelly Intended in buying a Benz and stopped in to just check out the X5. To my surprise, I ended up ordering the the new designed X3 after driving it! I lo Intended in buying a Benz and stopped in to just check out the X5. To my surprise, I ended up ordering the the new designed X3 after driving it! I loved it! George Donnelly was great!! He helped me go through all the colors, options, and styles, and didn’t push the X5 that I came to look at. He knew I was going to look at other cars and was not pushy and told me to make sure. But my mind was made up, and 10 days later I got my order! Thank you! Chris was also excellent, once it came in he showed me all the fun stuff I could do and went through all the new options. Very happy with my choice! Thank you! More
Hands down best car buying experience ever, 2012 X6 I have purchased several new Vehicles, and numerous used vehicles , and know how MOST Dealerships operate, so i prepared myself.I Visited Dealership I have purchased several new Vehicles, and numerous used vehicles , and know how MOST Dealerships operate, so i prepared myself.I Visited Dealership to purchase a 2012 X6. As I approached Dealership, Door was held open for me by John M.(Very nice!) My salesman Jeff E was busy with another customer and I was shown the car by Genius Nick and taken for a test drive. He fully described car and answered all questions. When Jeff was available we made the deal and he fully explained all aspects of the deal. Financing was set up effortlessly with Nicole, and received a great A.P.R. Financing was fully explained and all paper work was examined and explained as well. A couple of recalls had to be performed on Vehicle before I could take possession. When I came back to pick up Vehicle I was treated will respect and politeness, Jeff was not working that day(on Vacation) but managed to find time to call me on the way home to ask me how it went and how did I like the car,( Professionalism!) I called Jeff a few days later to explain that I found a few minor problems with the Vehicle. "No problem" he says,and we scheduled a visit. When dropping the car off I was greeted by Lincoln,(Super guy,great personality). I was given a loaner to drive around while my car was examined.(Nancy was excellent as well) I Received a text to come talk about Vehicle. I figure, here we go, I'm going to have to argue to get vehicle fixed. I sat down with Jeff and Jeff tells me" we are going to fix everything that you requested because this is what we do at A&L Motors" WHAT? That was too easy. They had to keep Vehicle until parts were available, and I received a "18" X5 as a loaner until vehicle was repaired.Aaron from the service department was great and kept me updated on repairs. I live over a 100 Miles away from the Dealership and Jeff informed me that I was not driving down to pick up car as he was going to have it delivered to me,( WOW again!) When I received car,everything was fixed properly the first time. Oh, and I was promised touch up Paint during the deal and figured That was forgotten. Well there on the front seat when vehicle was delivered was the touch up paint. (Follow through!). If you want excellent customer service, being treated with respect, and expect truth,and honesty in a Dealership, then this is the Dealership for you! Thanks to all for the EXCELLENT automotive buying experience! I will be back! More

Fabulous Salesman and Fabulous BMW Genius - HIGHLY RECOMMEND George found a vehicle that not only was spot on, but actually better than I asked for, additional features and slightly LESS payment. Apparently he did not submit the paperwork correctly, which no on one ever called to contact me about, and then continued to text message my phone while I was working asking me to bring my “first payment” to the dealership. I still have yet to receive a phone call/or printed paperwork explaining what happened. Now after having the car, I called to service my car at another dealership close to my home with the warranty I purchased, and the last documented oil change was August of 2016, and no recent brake changes. So I was sold a bmw from what’s considered a reputable dealership,and this is my experience. Truly pathetic considering I’ve owned what’s considered less prestige brand cars and have had a MILLION times better experience. Save your time and money stay away from this place! More
