In response to your reply, after receiving my oil change, I called the dealership immediately to inform you all of the issue that I was hearing in my car. I was then given an appointment to come in to see what the issue was at that point I was then told that my differential had gone out the price would be $3100. Prior to me coming to your dealership for my routine oil change and tire rotation. I had no issues with my car.

Kenny, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. I looked into your service visit and see you actually had two recalls. The ipdm reprogram which takes up to two to three hours to complete on average. We completed both your transmission fluid and preformed a cooling system service. All of which takes time to complete. The other recall takes 5 hours minimum to complete removing your dashboard and re-assembling it. We would not be able to complete it as the shop would be closed before completion. I know this is an inconvenience for you but we would not want you stranded without your vehicle. If you come back for the other recall we have better communication with your repairs.
