I went to 802 Honda to purchase a 2022 Honda Ridgeline. I am 75 and have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. That visit was the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had an appointment I am 75 and have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. That visit was the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had an appointment for 10:00 (this is the time the salesman, Doug Allen, selected) and never got his undivided attention until 11:30. This salesman did two deliveries to other customers while I waited in the chair at his station!!! He drove another car to the gas station and filled it up during our appointment. I only waited so that I could get an offer on my trade which ended up being ridiculous. Needless to say I left very unhappy. On my way home, I stopped at Automaster in Burlington and had probably the best experience I ever had. I received considerably more for my trade from them and was in and out in less than 45 minutes with a new truck on order - exactly what I was looking for! More
My husband and I went to purchase a Honda Civic that we wanted. Although the relatively new salesman Mark was very nice, the Sales Manager was loud, talked very fast and was boorish. They tried to get us wanted. Although the relatively new salesman Mark was very nice, the Sales Manager was loud, talked very fast and was boorish. They tried to get us to take a 6.9% and then a 3.9% on the car when we have excellent credit and we had to force them to run a credit check - which we qualified for 1.99% because we just recently purchased a Toyota Camry from Toyota in South Burlington and knew we already qualified for the best interest rate. It took 4.5 hours to buy the car and we had to fight for a good purchase all the way. It was not a pleasant experience and we will never go back. More

Issue with Sales consultant First was told the car was not for sale (although was for sale online). Then was told the car wasn't safe and why would I want to purchase an unsafe c First was told the car was not for sale (although was for sale online). Then was told the car wasn't safe and why would I want to purchase an unsafe car for my son??? It was going to auction. The next day I received an email saying they would sell the car to me. 4 hours later, was emailed the car was sold! Still have all the emails. Doug was the most unprofessional sales consultant I have ever come across. Will never do business with them again over this. More

They were able to work with me via phone and email to answer every single question that I had and ensure that the final purchase process would go smoothly before I made the trip out. Specific shout outs to Doug Allen and Aaron Root for their above and beyond level of service, much better than any other dealership experience I have had. Would make the 150 mile trip out again for my next purchase. More
Purchased at 802 Honda and used for service as well. Here's the "Why"..... To follow that up by the most friendly, knowledgeable service department dealing with Dan Provost, service advisor, he listened Here's the "Why"..... To follow that up by the most friendly, knowledgeable service department dealing with Dan Provost, service advisor, he listened, he took me and my vehicle for a test drive to learn what my issues were with my vehicle, then service department fixed, test drove and delivered back to me a correctly & quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. Dan has a quiet and vast knowledge, ability to listen, offer convienent times for me to bring in my vehicle, keep me in touch when that service is being performed while I wait, then when that service if complete, review each item and explain each point on the "Multi Point Inspection" sheet in detail. Thank you Dave Birmingham for having on your staff of Service Advisors, Dan Provost, friendly, honest service to your customers, Thank you, Michael Cunningham, Granville, Vermont! More
