After visiting with my team, I understand you were unpleased because we could only offer 6 complimentary oil changes when you purchased and we now offer oil changes for life as an option. Hello, Our goal is to exceed all expectations but it seems we fell short with your experience. After visiting with my team, I understand you made your appointment after hours and our system for some reason did not sync properly. Since then the problem has been resolved, and I am sorry we had to cancel your appointment the following morning. I do apologize and I hope you will consider us for your next appointment. Our hours are 7:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday and 7:30am to 4pm on Saturday, if you prefer to speak to someone vs using the online application.
