Hello. Thank you for your feedback and complements of Tomas. Our goal is to provide a favorable experience for every customer; I am so sorry your experience fell short of this. I would like to address each concern noted: *Sales Price Transparency: All of our vehicles are priced online and we honor those prices, as we did with you. We do not have hidden costs on any of our vehicles or charge out of state fees. *Purchase time: Because we do not haggle over our listed price, once our customers commit to purchasing, we are committed to have our customers signed and ready to go within 60 mins. I show you committed to purchase at 4:24 pm and checked out the store at 5:17pm. *Trade in Experience: We use Kelly Blue Book to evaluate all our trade ins. KBB is the most recognized book and we offer the exact value it says. *Music: We keep our music on the Kenny G (Smooth Jazz station) and the volume is always on 1 or 2 of 10. We had the speakers installed 5 years ago and this is the first time anyone has ever voiced a concern. In fact, often times customers ask for it to be turned up. *Temperature: Because we have several thermostats throughout the dealership, we keep them on 72 during winter months and 70 during summer months. * We do not have a Stacie that works here, but I will visit with my Finance Dept and make sure we are not offering items more than once and I apologize for that. We do thank you for your business and we also appreciate you visiting us from out to state. Many of our customers drive from out of state to shop with us because we believe in doing the rights things for the rights reasons. Our pricing is very aggressive, but even though we are often priced the cheapest, I do hope you experienced plenty of value to shop with us again in the future.
